Kristen joined Vision Infrastructure in January this year as Legal and Commercial Manager. Kristen is a well versed and formidable construction and commercial Lawyer with over nine years' experience advising a range of clients across a number of construction sectors, including infrastructure, energy, rail, renewables and resources. She has strong experience in dispute resolution and a superb commercial acumen with excellent operational knowledge of the projects she works on.
With valuable experience in both private practice and in-house, Kristen offers a very pragmatic and commercial approach to all matters and projects that she works on, and focuses on successful outcomes that support the broader strategic objectives of clients.
Kristen has strong interpersonal skills and enjoys working amongst dynamic and agile teams. These skills have assisted Kristen in fostering strong rapport with clients across all stages of the project life cycle.
Kristen provides advice and support across all aspects of transactional 'front end' matters, project delivery issues and dispute resolution in a range of forums including mediation, adjudication, arbitration, expert determination and litigation) and jurisdictions.
