Vision Infrastructure are delighted to announce our collaboration with Beijing ChangAn Law Firm (www.changanlaw.com) in China and its Senior Partner, Mr Dongfeng Zhao.
Mr Zhao is an expert in Construction Law (both domestically in China and across multiple international jurisdictions) with extensive experience working on some of Asia’s largest projects. He has worked for leading Chinese law firms focusing on large scale Chinese and international construction projects. Mr Zhao has provided legal services on projects in more than 60 countries and has considerable experience in ICC arbitration, UNCITRAL arbitration and international litigation in project host countries.
Vision Infrastructure aims to create a strong commercial partnership capable of managing and advising on large-scale infrastructure projects in Australia and Asia. We also plan to use our combined experience in international construction arbitration to position ourselves as premium advocates for clients facing construction arbitration and litigation from both Civil and Common Law jurisdictions.
