About the Role
Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will be providing end to end project support:
Advising on, and negotiating of various civil, engineering, supply and construction contracts.
Project delivery support, including preparing key contractual notices, assessing and managing key project risks and drafting template agreements.
Support management of project claims and disputes, including preparing advices, responding to claims and notices, negotiating settlements and assisting with dispute resolution.
About You
5-10 years’ experience as a commercial manager and/or legal/contract profession within the construction industry.
Confident communicator with strong negotiation, analytical and inter-personal skills.
Strong drafting experience, including construction contracts, dispute documents and notices/claims.
Able to act and respond constructively in pressured and unpredictable environments.
Proven ability to work with minimal supervision, prioritise and work well under pressure.
Interested in upskilling your commercial, legal and technical knowledge across different construction sectors.
