Ryan is a senior commercial and legal professional with over 15 years’ of experience in the construction industry, specialising in claims management and dispute resolution. His expertise lies in large-scale projects in the renewables, infrastructure and resources sectors. He has a demonstrated track record in the implementation of commercial initiatives, as well as the ability to prudently manage complex issues and pre-contractual negotiations.
Ryan has substantial project delivery expertise at all stages of the project lifecycle, having worked on a variety of major projects from their initial implementation through to final execution, including site-based delivery roles on multiple projects with values exceeding $3b. He thrives in a dynamic and fast paced work environment and possesses an unyielding work ethic, dedication and skillset that results in the resolution of high-stakes construction conflicts for large-scale infrastructure projects.
Ryan has represented and advised a diverse spectrum of clients and is known for his ability to successfully implement commercial strategies in order to resolve issues rationally and effectively for his clients.
